Pump Lift Stations

A pump lift station is used to collect chemical wastewater in a tank and then transfer it to a treatment system. Lift stations are installed below the drain level of manufacturing processes and often beneath a laboratory sink. A pump lift station typically consists of a collection tank, level control, and one or two pumps. The size and material of the collection tank and pump are determined by the chemical composition of the waste stream and the volume of incoming flows.
