How It Works
The scrubber utilizes a cross-flow design: contaminated gas flows horizontally through a packed bed while the scrubbing liquid flows downward over the packing material. This configuration maximizes contact between the gas and liquid, allowing the scrubbing liquid to absorb or chemically neutralize pollutants efficiently. Before the purified air exits the scrubber, it passes through mist eliminator blades that remove any remaining droplets, ensuring only clean air is released into the atmosphere.
