Our General Principle

Our website is a static information site presenting our products and services. It has no membership system, comment area, contact form, newsletter sign-up, live chat or any other field in which a visitor could enter data whatsoever.

Data relating to your visit is processed on every visit, through analytics cookies used for statistics (Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica). Approximate location, device and browser information, pages visited and session duration are processed by Google LLC and Yandex under their own privacy policies. No profiling is carried out for advertising, and your data is not sold to third parties for marketing. Our Cookie Policy explains how to turn these cookies off.

Use of Cookies

Our site uses no cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica cookies for visit statistics are placed on every visit. For cookie types, retention periods and how to turn these cookies off, see our Cookie Policy.

Your language choice on the site is stored only in your browser's local storage on your own device. This information is never transmitted to us or to any third party, contains no personal data, and can be deleted at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Third-Party Content

Some pages of our site load content from third-party servers so the service can be displayed. While that content loads, your browser communicates directly with the provider's servers, and technical information such as your IP address may be passed to them. That data never reaches us and is not processed by us; such processing is governed by the provider's own privacy policy:

  • Google Maps: The map embed showing our location on the contact page is provided by Google LLC (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
  • Google Fonts: The typefaces used on the site are loaded from Google servers (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
  • Google Analytics: Loaded on every visit; details are set out in our Cookie Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
  • Yandex Metrica: Loaded on every visit, with session recording (Webvisor) enabled; details are set out in our Cookie Policy (https://yandex.com/legal/confidential/).

When You Contact Us

If you contact us of your own accord using the telephone or e-mail links on the site, the name, contact details and message you send are used solely to answer your enquiry, on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK. They are not used for marketing, not shared with third parties, and not kept longer than is needed to resolve your enquiry.

Your Rights Under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may apply to the data controller and:

  • learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • request information about that processing,
  • learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with it,
  • know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom the data is transferred,
  • request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate,
  • request erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
  • request that any correction, erasure or destruction be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to,
  • object to a result reached against you solely through automated analysis,
  • claim compensation if you suffer loss through unlawful processing.

Because we collect no personal data from visitors, we hold no record relating to your visit. You may nevertheless send any request concerning these rights in writing to the address above or by e-mail to info@yongrad.com. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days , in accordance with the Turkish Communiqué on Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
