End-to-end design (turnkey engineering)

We do not sell your project as separate pieces of equipment; we run it with a single engineering mind. From the chemistry to the structural strength of the tanks, from the ventilation to the robotic automation, we build and commission the whole plant as one integrated ecosystem whose parts talk to each other.

Emissions and zero environmental impact

Plating processes involve toxic gases and heavy metals. We hand over plants already prepared for global environmental regulation, including zero liquid discharge: push-pull extraction at source, scrubber towers and water-saving cascade rinse architectures.

Digital twin and SCADA command

Before a single tank is installed, capacity and bottleneck analyses are run on a 3D simulation — a digital twin of your plant. Once commissioned, an advanced SCADA architecture manages current, temperature and recipes autonomously and takes human error out of the equation.

Zinc-nickel, plating on ABS plastic (POP) and chassis e-coating lines where more than 1,000 hours of salt-spray resistance is required.

Certainly. Under our retrofit engineering we can integrate transfer robots into your existing manual plant and raise your heating, cooling or ventilation capacity to an Industry 4.0 standard.

Our reference is the chemistry itself: which chemical, at what concentration, at what maximum working temperature. For a phosphating bath at 90 °C we may use PPH or stainless steel; for highly concentrated hydrofluoric acid we specify thick-walled PP or PVDF — always matching the material to the chemical map of the process.

We prepare linear, U-shaped or multi-hoist parallel layouts to suit the physical space of your plant. Cycle-time analysis lets us verify mathematically the most efficient capacity — so your investment is never oversized.

In a Yongrad plant safety is a standard, not an option. Closed-circuit extraction protects operators from acid vapour, anti-collision sensors keep the robots apart, and UPS-backed pneumatic emergency systems turn your plant into a zero-risk area.
