In industrial fluid management, corrosion is not a possibility but only a question of time. We do not leave control of aggressive acids, hot alkaline solutions and ultra-pure water (UPW) lines to the weaknesses of metals and composites. Our plastic fabrication is shaped with complete command of the molecular order of the polymer chains — their crystallinity — and their thermodynamic limits. Working to a zero-defect principle under dynamic loads such as tensile stress, creep and thermal expansion, our PP, HDPE and fluoropolymer (PVDF, ECTFE) fabrications deliver absolute chemical inertness in the most demanding processes on your site.

Below are the engineering vision and process summaries of the four fabrication groups that form the molecular armour of your production infrastructure:

This is thermoplastic process equipment whose molecular structure — PP-H, PP-C, PPs, PP-el — is chosen specifically for the temperature shocks, static loads and fire safety requirements of the process. Our monolithic PP fabrications, with outstanding chemical resistance at continuous temperatures up to 90 °C, give your plant a rigid, leak-tight molecular armour: from hot acid baths in plating shops to chemical storage silos and ATEX areas where static electricity cannot be tolerated.

Polypropylene (PP) Fabrication

HDPE, whose density is maximised by minimising the coiling of its molecular chains, is the undisputed building block for harsh site conditions, underground processes and reactors of enormous volume. Fabricated in special grades — UV-resistant (PE-HWU) against photochemical attack from the sun, electrically conductive (PE-el), or crack-arresting (PE 100-RC) — our work removes the risk of wear and leakage at the root, from chemical storage tanks of up to 100,000 litres to underground galleries carrying corrosive effluent.

Polyethylene (HDPE) Fabrication

This is a composite armouring technology that combines the mechanical strength of existing carbon steel, stainless steel or reinforced concrete structures with the absolute chemical inertness of advanced thermoplastics and fluoropolymers. In highly corrosive, high-temperature processes it saves concrete from corrosion and metal from dissolution and pitting. Our premium linings in PP, HDPE, PVDF and ECTFE (Halar®) make concrete basins, steel storage tanks and reactor interiors invincible from the inside.

The nervous system of a plant is its pipework. We guarantee that reactive chemicals, deionised water and corrosive vapours travel safely across your site. With high-pressure process lines, double containment piping that maximises personnel safety, factory-built spools and manifolds that speed site assembly, and standard socket- and butt-welded industrial piping, we make every fluid transfer faultless.
