cleanroom process engineering
In high-technology plants where industrial processes are controlled at molecular level, conventional materials passed their corrosion limits long ago. In semiconductor fabrication, defence manufacturing and medical implant production, micro-corrosion of the metal or contamination of the process by outside particles is simply unacceptable. The process infrastructure we design uses advanced thermoplastics of outstanding corrosion and mechanical resistance — high-density PP, HDPE and PVDF — to guarantee zero defects and absolute inertness. Our aim is turnkey engineering that preserves process purity even under the most aggressive chemistry, pushes operator safety beyond aerodynamic limits, and maximises production capacity.
Below are the engineering vision and process summaries of the four system groups at the heart of these production lines:
Wet bench systems are the principal reactors of processes in which particle and ionic contamination must be held at parts-per-trillion levels. Designed for wafer surface preparation (RCA clean) in the semiconductor industry, precision PCB etching in defence and passivation in medical manufacturing, these stations run aggressive chemistry with full containment, hydrodynamic stability and process uniformity. Our range runs from manual bespoke designs to fully automatic dark-factory concepts communicating over SECS/GEM.

02Electrochemical surface modification requires closed-cell reactors in which Faraday's laws are applied with absolute precision. With current density evenly distributed, these systems redefine the tribological behaviour, corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity of the material at atomic level. Critical operations such as titanium colouring, flawless ENIG plating, ultra-smooth electropolishing and pure metal recovery by electrowinning are underwritten by the thermal and electrical stability of our monolithic thermoplastic baths.
Electrochemical Units
03Extracting aggressive vapour is a parameter on which neither cleanroom integrity nor personnel safety can compromise. The polymer fume hoods built to Yongrad standards are not simple extraction boxes but aerodynamic shields designed by computational fluid dynamics to ASHRAE 110, eliminating turbulence. PP hoods that contain heavy acids, laminar flow (LAF) cabinets that deliver microbiological purity and scrubber-integrated systems take operator and process safety to their highest level.
Fume Hoods
04A cleanroom is a space in which particle and molecular contamination is held within internationally defined limits. Every piece of equipment brought into it must have near-zero outgassing and particle generation. Our ESD-safe, FM4910-approved thermoplastic cleanroom equipment — from leak-controlled chemical storage cabinets to shock-damped transport trolleys and hermetic desiccator cabinets — forms the sterile, isolated backbone of the whole chemical logistics chain.
